Get close to residents, enjoy helping residents

Some workers on certain shifts are very close and seem to "pick" on newer employees, and leaves them to do most of the work, and higher up tends to take the side of the ones that have been there longer, even if the "newer" employee did what they were supposed to plus other's job with no complaining. The pay was not worth all the extra stress. No raises.
