Good culture - wuold have considered it not being led so much by finding and listened to the staff more to get better results

Leadership inconsistent at times dependant on your role particularly for apprentices getting through their qualification. Would have been better to have higher salary

Worklife balance was excellent, company induction was brilliant

Workload could be disorganised and towards the end of my employment morale decreased
