Pros
Elon offers wonderful benefits including tuition remission and maintains a close-knit community with traditions like College Coffee (everyone invited to rendezvous for 20 minutes on Tuesday mornings for light refreshments and comradery). Beautiful campus. Growing national reputation.
Cons
Limited professional mobility internally. Elon is expanding its campus and curriculum quickly while maintaining staff size. Ignoring the need to increase workforce is becoming more evident as employees are experiencing burn out quickly.
