      Pros

      Great working environment. Beautiful campus. The students are very engaged. There is support for new faculty. There are a lot of faculty perks, including free lunch on First Fridays and a Christmas bonus!

      Cons

      Not a very diverse campus, but they are working on it.

      Working for a University means generally lower pay, but more stability. Benefits are quite generous.
