Pros

typical SME. paid leave is easy to apply, and your colleagues will gladly cover for you! if I need time off due to family matters (child sick for few weeks or a month), I can kawtim with superior to not work and still get paid! for seasoned professionals, this is the perfect place to take it easy as nothing groundbreaking just a calm ride. we serve as agents to our suppliers and technology partners, who are the principals. the end.

Cons

If you notice heavy use of SLB/schlumberger jargon, consider it a red flag. career development opportunities are minimal, we rely on our principals for everything. No SOP, toxic environment, syok sendiri, unexperienced leaders, buat project failed pun boleh jadi HOD.

Pros

The company offers flexible working hours, and if you manage to complete your tasks early, you’re usually allowed to leave the office sooner. It’s also a place where you can learn a lot and gain exposure to different aspects of the business

Cons

The workload is very heavy and the pay doesn’t really reflect the amount of responsibility. Work-life balance is poor, as you often have to continue working after office hours and even on weekends just to meet deadlines. There’s also too much restructuring within the department, which creates uncertainty and contributes to high turnover. Besides your main tasks, you’re also expected to handle operations, finance, and deal directly with clients. There are many internal trainings conducted via Teams, but people are usually too busy with their actual work to really pay attention. Promotions sometimes feel like they’re based more on who is close to the boss rather than on real competence. Overall, the company tends to prioritise and take better care of employees who generate sales, leaving others feeling undervalued.
