Small company, so you need to be willing to roll up your sleeves a bit - not as much support as a large, corporate business.

What the company stands for and sells is amazing theory, they're products are truly good products.

The management does not particularly know what is going on. Instead of focusing on raising the sales of existing products, they keep creating new products, however, the old products are losing funds and are not getting enough support.
