Good culture that puts trust in employee's to get the job done how they see fit. I've found management allows employees to work creatively, playing to employees strengths and avoids boxing people into one type of work, if their strengths lie elsewhere. They've also been very accommodating to creature comforts (got me a standing desk when I requested one, always willing to do things like that).

You're required to wear many hats. Less so as the company grows but still I've had to roll up my sleeves on some things that aren't my area of expertise. The office itself is close enough to the metro but is far from lunch options in general, no shower in the building. There's no parking really onsite.

Elucid had a very friendly atmosphere where everyone pulled together to help the team succeed.

Company was too small to be viable. They only had a couple of contracts and when those ended, there was no where for the employees to go except to find new jobs.
