CEO is the founder who is unfortunately incompetent at managing the company and has zero leadership skills. Many staff have left the company either due to his bullying, or being let go for standing up to him. His main Employees have historically had to collectively report the company to the ATO to be paid their super, and actively monitor their pay and annual leave accruals as they are consistently incorrect. None of the benefits promised (gym allowance, phone allowance, etc.) were provided, and they flaunt the idea of introducing stock options to you that there is no intention of implementing.
