Good pay but terrible management and work environment - Keyholder Elverys Employee Review

horrible management company wide including upper management, with no organisational or problem solving skills, often left to floor level sales assistants to sort everything out, pay or bonus never increases with time and I was told when i started never ask for a pay rise because its a no. Horrible work place environment, everything comes down to the same 2 or 3 members of staff in terms of doing the workload, covering shifts etc. while other staff members are never held accountable for lack of work and causing trouble, constant trouble in store as they wont simply hire a store manager as it is cheaper to have sales associates run the store with no compenstation for the extra responsibility.
