Pros
Not many pros mostly cons - customer service is main focus good values but need to value employees especially those in the stores as these are the ppl meeting customers
Cons
Salary a major drawback no movement on this , atmosphere too laid back from area managment , area manager not easily contactable - could be waiting 2/3 days if not more for replies on emails Staff given too much lee -way and have too much of a say in how things are run Lack of direction and very bad communication from head office Some staff in head office very rude and hard to deal with
