Pros
Everybody who worked there was so nice and welcoming and it was a great atmosphere to be with peers who were very talented and inviting. Everyone was so nice, but I do not recommend working here because that's my only Pro.
Cons
This job is straight up selling DirecTV in Costco at a little stand mostly by yourself. They kind of hide that throughout the application and interview process, but it was still seemed like a great opportunity so I gave it a try. The turnover rate was CRAZY high. I worked with so many people within just two months. The worst part (and I think the reason for the turnover) was they kept hiring and hiring and hiring and not even the best sales people in the group got full time hours. After one week of just a measly 10 hours, it was too much of a struggle to live off of less than $100 a week and I actually immediately moved out of the area to a better job. It's definitely a pyramid scheme and the math was confusing but I'm not even sure we made our full commission they said we would throughout the whole hiring process. It would be a good part time job if someone was interested in sales, but definitely not the post grad opportunity with upward movement that I was hoping for, as the salary and hours were not honest or livable.
