Elytus was a dream job! Owner Matt was amazing and caring for his customers and employees and offered so much flexibility and support! They had unlimited sick days,Christmas bonuses and ability to work remote and was told nothing would change!

During the merger with RTS we were promised unlimited PTO , more hiring to help workload and was told all remote jobs wouldn’t be changing because productivity was better at home anyways. In the time of the merger for the past year we got our unlimited sick time taken away, changed from salary to hourly, added more workload to drown employees with no hiring to help out with the workload and now being forced to be in office Monday thru Thursday to “boost morale” because the higher ups didn’t like the lack of people in the office and employees to attend all their mid week happy hours . They discriminate against all the people with families and ones who were hired originally for remote jobs because they want to see faces at the office and happy hours and party’s . RTS has made Elytus totally corporate with no home feeling at all with no say in anything and do not listen to their employees anymore.
