Pros
Everyone besides the consultants running the executive team are great.
Cons
Bullied does not quite describe how it felt to work here each day. I’ve even had to talk to a therapist about the PTSD that still lingers and the insecurity it has caused me. I was subjected to out of control ranting and yelling weekly, which made me feel bullied into going along with whatever the executive in question was insisting on despite knowing she was wrong in fear of losing my job. I can’t count the times that I felt embarrassed by her berating me publicly. Behavior like that isn’t professional, it isn’t productive, and it felt like the rantings of someone needing mental help. It also costs a company money (significant money), and it lowers moral. While the executive team are only consultants from a company called The Princeton Partnership, I don’t understand why the board allows this behavior and then rewards them for it. It isn’t right.
