      flexibility, great range of projects from various industry, working with clients across the globe gives you great experience to work in cross culture environment

      hierarchy ( sub levels at each level are many so it takes little longer to climb up the ladder )

      Pros

      Diverse industry exposure, Do well and Get recognition I was here before Empower was taken over by Genpact. Loved working here, will always cherish the time I spent in the organization. Its start-up culture use to be the best thing don't know if it still exists there.

      Cons

      Work life balance is concern for employees here, but you might enjoy it due to the people you are working with
