lack of structure and defined roles for management . Management needs to enforce rules and regulation without exception across the board

The job was very demanding and stressful. Managers would arrive late to work and sometimes leave early. When customer service problems escalated management didn't want to get involved. The owner has two sides to him, when angry he would become verbally abusive and would curse at employees. There are no benefits, no paid vacation, no holidays off with pay and no sick days. Very little chance of raises, and sometimes you work on call with no extra pay.
