      Hybrid mode / can work from home

      Cons

      > leadership management is very toxic > they drain people as much as they can and suddenly let them go / ask them to leave for budget reason - as the situation is not stable. I wouldn’t recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

      Good opportunities to learn and grow especially for those starting their journey in marketing

      Cons

      Delayed salary payments on some months, budget restraints, lack of proper management and processes and no benefits. Frequent changes made throughout management causes disruptions.
