Pros
Treating employees as graveyard slaves. Past 3 years I've been working without any bad conducts. At the time of leaving, HR, Business Head (Mr. Sujay Niranjan) were not ready to give the Experience Letter. The trum card that they have got is that they will collect the original marks cards of the new joiners & if they try to leave, lots of demands & deny all the needs. I've joined as a tech support, did all jobs which include Cleaning, accounts, household works, scrap management, etc..
Business Head is so rude that he have raised compliant against the employees that they theft company properties which was actually given to them to work from home at the time of Covid strike & he denied to give their original certificates back.
Cons
As a former Asst. Manager, I had a very bad response from the Management. Don't waste your future. Work hard in a good environment & make success.
