Pros
I was surprised by the approach to employee development, every quarter you have an opportunity to talk to top managers and understand your strengths and weaknesses and discuss your development track in the company. No one hides the company's plans from you and you understand in what direction the business is moving. The team is young and highly motivated for the result, every day you can find out what is going on in your department, give advice or discuss problems you have in your project. If you need to improve your skills (for example, I was improving my English), you can always ask your mentor to do it and together you will find the best way to do it.
Cons
We are as international a team as possible, it would be great if we all got together at least once a year.
