Pros
I got into Embacy with little relevant experience in the field, because the company was willing to take a risk where they saw potential. I think this describes Embacy very well – always setting and reaching ambitious goals without sacrificing a human approach. Huge importance is placed on honesty, responsibility, transparency and maintaining a healthy working atmosphere without any toxicity. It's very clear what your responsibilities are, and if you are unsure, you are free to contact other members of the team and ask for help. You are also free to work from wherever you want, as long as you remain adaptable and meet the pace set by the nature of the work flow.
Cons
Since the company works on several projects at once (with new ones starting frequently), the schedule is tight and can become intense.
