Pros
I've been working at Embark for a year now. This is my first job after graduation, so I can't really compare the experience working at Embark to any other company. However, I can just say that I've been a happy person everyday because I work here, and I just can't relate to any social media post complaining about working at all! Here are a few reasons why, - Awesome company culture: the company cares deeply about its employees. They do all they can to help you success in your career (through workshops, activities, hearing your feedbacks etc.) - Awesome team: everyone is so smart and nice, and willing to help each other out. - Awesome work content: there are many exciting problems to solve in this space, and you can really have an impact through your work!
Cons
Since Embark is still a startup, sometimes one needs to take on many roles and one could feel a short of hands. However, the recruiting team is trying their best to fill all the roles, and I'm sure we'll improve on this problem very soon!
