      The director of studies was nice and friendly

      Cons

      Upper Management are married to each other (literally) and abuse the system for their own gain. Allowed teachers to live in filth and took rental out of their own salary so effectively being paid lower than the minimum wage. Made very little money, and they lied about your salary. Ridiculous regulation in classes completing paperwork for no reason apart from fear, and unruly students from Saudi Arabia that got on the course without paying. Our teacher’s room was robbed as well.

      Pros

      Work with international students and group leaders, very rewarding. There is always something to do.

      Cons

      They don´t pay overtime to managers, while they make them work long hours, even 7 days a week. No job security. They terminated a person from the management team on the spot, with no warning, after they brought up genuine concerns about work conditions. Accommodation in a dorm in a very small room with no proper air ventilation.
