After finishing the book "Leaders Eat Last", you'll know this is a company with good leaders. They work well balancing each other out. They lookout for everyone and explain their reasons for doing things without hesitation. If you have anything to say, they will listen and help push your career, not just the contract you are working on. I've worked for many small businesses and this company works hard to reward their employees with things that matter to the individual, not just money (but that is also nice)!

I just hope we don't grow too fast.
