Pros
Great place to work as a barista, all the employees are vibrant and friendly, very accepting of all sorts of people in the best way. You know it's a good job when employees regularly come in off the clock, and former employees all frequent the location.
Cons
Some times the ownership is slow to fixing issues, which can leave employees feeling unheard. The owner is very personable and understanding, and most issues are the result of miscommunication and not malice.
