      Riddle has great benefits. The company is a good place to work as an entry level. The company does not compensate like the national average.

      Cons

      Riddle is extremely political and runs itself on its own terms. You really have to tow the company line if you want to succeed within the company.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
