      Nice facility, easy work with little stress. No private owners arguing about parts or inspections.

      Cons

      Difficult to get new equipment and tools. Pay is not competitive for the area.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
