At ERAU - Worldwide, we work with a wonderful student base, and you can truly contribute to the life of others in a positive way. The university also has a very comprehensive tuition program for employees and their dependents; I have put myself through both undergraduate and graduate school, and my husband also completed graduate school, with ERAU covering the bill for all tuition. Can't beat that!
Cons
Because most locations are spread out and separated from headquarters, there is little room for growth and advancement.
