Pros
The business is extremely talented and everyone supports and challenges one another to gain deeper insights and exceed client expectations. This is what makes the agency different to others out there. The structure of the company is relatively flat, with senior leadership and the board all being accessible. If you want to learn more about a topic or need support with something, no team member is out of bounds to ask. The board are also very open about the company's performance and share lots of information and company goals at a company-wide AGM, where team members are also encouraged to ask questions and make suggestions. Embryo has an amazing employee benefit scheme and the Head of HR and ops team work extremely hard to keep improving this. Such perks include private health and dental care, your birthday off, 50% of your gym membership paid by the company. The company really invests in its team all it asks is that the team invest in the company. As a business they want people to enjoy their work and they invest time and resources into the personal development of individuals, should they wish to do this.
Cons
It is fast-paced and the business is growing quickly, which means things can be full-on. However there is a team of 65+ people who are willing to help, so people don't need to feel pressure that they're on their own.
