-flexible schedule: managers are very willing to accommodate workers schedules -teamwork: teamwork is not only expected, but encouraged. This has made for a great culture between coworkers -great perks: company discounts, reservation priority, opportunity to be promoted
Cons
Pay is hourly and hours are dependent on if/when events are scheduled- some months are very busy and some months are very slow
