Pros
Either you're working for a Startup or an Enterprise company there'd always be Pros and Cons for both of the environments. I always wanted to work for a Tech Startup that values its people more than making crazy amount of money; and I'm truly really happy to be a part of this amazing platform. The executive management is great and so humble; they even include employees opinion in policy making. Leadership team believes in empowering others by facilitating them to get their jobs done instead of Micromanagement. Above all they all have great level of EQ; which is a rare trait in executive leadership. Work culture is great and flexible. You're completely trusted with your job; maybe that's the reason we have a lively engineering team. You'll always be paid for your work but here at Emerald Labs your work is acknowledged and appreciated as well.
