You can flex your time and work pretty much anywhere. You will be getting a good sense of purpose when you help clients. You can move to a different department in the company.
Cons
For the amount I get paid, it is mentally straining. Dealing with a huge caseload and with clients that get in Crisis can be exhausting. If you don’t have time management skills this job is NOT for you.
