Pros
Very talented and positive team, great culture, good pay and benefits, virtually zero off hours work. Developers are able to generally able to pick there preferred technologies & design patterns when build solutions. Employees are allowed to work remotely 3 days a week.
Cons
Quality of tech can vary quite a bit by project. Project size is still fairly small which makes it harder to work in teams and can feel like a bit of a grind.
