Pros
Working with intelligent people. Access to a LOT of experience. Can get promoted from a junior consultant to consultant or senior consultant quickly in comparison to other companies.
Cons
Ridiculous hours. CEO doesn't care about employees and is only concerned with his own profit, which is probably why the company can't retain any employees. Guarantee a number of the positive reviews on here are fake or were 'encouraged' to be written by the man himself. Do not know anyone who worked at the firm full-time and were happy. Poor salary.
