The CEO, a former military member, often spoke about values like honor, loyalty, and integrity, yet failed to uphold any of them. Employees were asked to sign agreements not to apply at competitor companies and were promised that if layoffs ever occurred, the company would provide resume and job search support. When layoffs happened, those promises disappeared overnight. There was zero communication, no support, and when I reached out directly for help, I received no response. The company only cares about money and optics, not people. The word “family” is just a slogan they use when it benefits them, and once you’re no longer useful, you’re forgotten instantly.
