They attempt to train you for 1-2 months.
Cons
No support from management, blatant disrespect from nurse managers, clear favoritism from management. Pay is Very Poor for the amount of Work assigned, and Benefits are Expensive. You have to find your own replacement on the Schedule if you call out sick - What is the Nurse Scheduler good for then?! Also employees get very limited Sick Days & Vacation Time off.
