Pros
A lot of kind and helpful team members. There's team building and formalized introductory meetings.
Cons
No 401K match or pension. Health benefits are subpar. Management is awful in the population health department. They will trick potential candidates with promises of having certain tools, then once in the door, you discover it's all just smoke and mirrors. Information is very crudely kept and largely disorganized, and any attempts to help consolidate data or pointing out data issues will be met with retaliatory actions from management. Just feel sorry for whoever they hook in with low ball salary and empty promises. For potential candidates in analysis, beware of working for managers who have stunted understanding of how technology works. When the process fails, the fingers will point to the new hire rather than management who has been there for years.
