      Everyone was so helpful. Anytime I had a question, they were happy to clarify and make sure I was doing my best. I learned so much about law that now I am pursuing a paralegal certificate. All the attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and case managers work hard and care for their clients and do their best to make sure the clients' needs are met. I am so sad I had to leave this firm but I am so thankful for everything I learned and the people I met.

      Competitive salary, flexible work schedule, good benefits

      Cons

      No 401k, absolutely the worst training ever. Training is left to the attorneys who really do not have the proper time to dedicate to tell you before you make a mistake what to avoid. It is literally trial by fire. First six months will go well and then you are on your own. Outside the attorneys, the longest employee here has been employed for just over a year.
