      One individual makes all decisions even though there is a board of directors. Company is ran by church doctrine first before actual business. Indecisive upper management.

      The location is great tons of hunting, fishing, camping outdoors, motorcycling, kayaking boating. Desert and Mountains close by. Great if your an outdoors man.

      Cons

      Small town politics, 100 Miles from anything resembling civilization. Company ruled with an Iron fist, Investment in the leading edge technology on the decline.
