Pros
Good culture full of good people. The federal screening process that was required for my position was lengthy and aggravating, but Emesec was great about communicating and helping. When the contract came to an end, other people were getting screwed by their companies, who were pocketing a big chunk of their retention bonuses, but I heard of no one who was getting more than the Emesec folks, so I suspect they were giving us our full due. They offered great benefits at the time, I don't know if that's still the case.
Cons
The periodic self-evaluations we had to fill out were a bit of an unwelcome chore, and the onboarding felt like having a second job for a little while, but that's a minor gripe, all things considered. I have to say working with Emesec was a positive experience overall.
