      My team was very nice and supportive throughout the chaos.

      Cons

      Aggressive managers from other departments, dysfunctional communication between departments, little to no relevant training, way too high expectations for a very recent project, many details were changing all the time and they refused to document it as they "do not get stuck in processes"
