      Great place if you want to learn Everything is very transparent. You will get access to everything.

      Cons

      You will have to make it on your own. Not many people around willing to help Depending on which team you end up in, you will have a great working experience or live your worst nightmare. Lived a nightmare for 6 months then changed teams and after that an great experience started.

      - the people here are very good technically - some teams are more demanding than others, in one team you can always have the chance to work with new technologies, in the other you are anchored in old technologies -it is an outsourcing company and you work directly with the client

      Cons

      - some colleagues are toxic - the chances of being promoted or of reaching a management position are small as there are few employees
