Pros
An ever evolving entity. I started off November 2014 and from then till now the team has more than doubled. You will learn, explore, develop and understand the true meaning of excelling in your career given the endless opportunities that will come your way time and again.
The employees are trusted in good faith to anticipate, take decisions, make mistakes but grow. I could not have asked for a better leadership. The team is very friendly, culturally diverse and equality prevails. Everyone is given a fair chance to prove their abilities.
Basic salary lies in the upper bracket of the average pay scale - I can say that for myself. Excellent health care benefits etc as well.
The office environment itself leaves the employees spoilt. From the basic set up to the organic fruits in the pantry, it is wonderful!
Cons
The company is ever evolving with too much always happening at any given time. Many a times you would find things being done at the 11th hour. If you cannot deal with working well under pressure you may feel strained. I for one find it a more effective way of working!
Dubai might be too hot for some, but the quality of life here surely makes up for the lack of green spots.
