While it can be difficult wearing different hats at a startup, it can be even more difficult navigating changes after an acquisition.

Company has excellent culture- some companies try to retain their employees with swag and parties, but Emmersion Learning retains its employees by building a culture of meaningful hard work, and opportunities to become skilled at our crafts. Great leadership.

It's not the type of company where you can slack off and no one will notice. That's a pro in my opinion, but for some people that will be a con.
