      Used to be its commitment to DEI until the recent closures. Relaxed work environment. Flexible. Good benefits compared to public universities.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth. No merit pay at the moment. No bonuses. Recently closed DEI offices.

      Flexible hours, schedule, heavy case work

      Cons

      The pay is low but I know they are raising the minimum for grad students to 20 an hour September.
