      Pros

      Prestige is an important factor in continuing with this position. Often, I observe the administration supporting staff, and I have a great deal of job flexibility.

      Cons

      There is some pension to make simple tasks overly bureaucratic and somewhat drawn out. Lots of paperwork for very simple things.

      Flexible hours, schedule, heavy case work

      Cons

      The pay is low but I know they are raising the minimum for grad students to 20 an hour September.
