Great benefits, relatively easy administrative work, decent salary growth each year. Hybrid work very possible.
Cons
HR prioritizes faculty, like every university. Staff are at the bottom of the food chain. Some departments have folks stay for 30 years, others can't keep staff for a year. It's dependent on who the department chair is.
