Pros

I can honestly say that working here is such a joy! I’d really like to highlight how thoughtful the company is when it comes to selecting candidates. Throughout the entire interview process, I was given plenty of detailed information about the company and what it’s like to work here. This made it so much easier for me to make an informed decision and get a good feel for the atmosphere. The team is incredibly friendly, the working conditions are fantastic, and everything is really well organized. One of the best parts is the strong sense of trust placed in employees and the chance to be part of positive changes within the company. At Empat, everyone truly cares about each other; our opinions and suggestions are valued, and we have great opportunities for growth—not just in our own areas but even in new directions we want to explore!

Cons

I began working more because I genuinely enjoy it! 😊

Pros

I've been with the company since 2019, and together we've been through all kinds of seasons and stages — and in every one of them, the company has shown only its best side. I've never come across a friendlier, more genuinely family-like atmosphere anywhere in my life. Family-like in the literal sense too, since my wife works here as well :) So if 1) you love what you do, 2) you're ready to become part of a family that will always have your back and truly get you, 3) empathy runs in your blood, and 4) you believe that only a genuinely happy person can do their best work — you're going to love it here.

Cons

There's a catch, of course: this is a "trap" of a company. If life ever happens to take you somewhere else, you'll have a really hard time without everything you've got here (haven't tested that myself, but I have no doubt). I could go on and on about it, but honestly, it's better to just come and see for yourself.

Pros

Flexible schedule with the ability to take time off when needed. Some interesting projects.

Cons

The most serious issue is the management culture — specifically, a complete lack of empathy toward people. Team members are not treated as professionals with valid perspectives, but rather as resources to be managed and controlled. There is a consistent pattern of psychological pressure and dismissiveness. When employees raise concerns or push back, they are met not with genuine engagement, but with condescension and subtle pressure to back down. Difficult conversations reveal the worst of this culture — instead of honest dialogue, people are made to feel that their concerns are invalid or exaggerated. This creates an environment where speaking up feels unsafe, and where people learn to stay silent rather than advocate for themselves. That silence is not a sign of a healthy culture — it is a sign that people do not feel safe. Leadership's apparent priority is control, not collaboration. Empathy is entirely absent from how decisions are made and how people are treated.
