Cons
They do not communicate the actual job expectations during the job interview. You are expected to attend meetings 6+ days a week. Even if it’s your day off you are expected to attend, so don’t expect any days off with this company. These meetings are solely designed to make management feel important. One meeting included playing a game and then hearing the “ceo” talk about herself. You are also expected to drive all over the state and sometimes out of state. These drives are unpaid, but they cover gas. Still not worth it in my opinion because you will spend hours driving, and damaging your own vehicle. You are also expected to dress well to stroke managements egos. The dress requirements will cost you more than you make. They use manipulation tools to maintain and gain employees. One of these tools is talking about past employees as if they were unable to accomplish this great task you are accomplishing by allowing them to treat you like dirt. Another tool would be the great rewards that are coming in the future, even though currently you’re only making minimum wage. I didn’t meet anyone in the company who had received these great rewards. It’s a culture of an mlm cult within this company. Robotic personalities throughout with no room for opinion. The patronizing management team will talk down to you. You will be required to check in hourly and also clock out and call on your drive home. This is dangerous and illegal. I highly suggest you keep looking for jobs as this company does not keep employees long. I wish there was a review so I didn’t waste my time.
