Pros
Ok commission, lots of feedback, ok coworkers.
Cons
Office/field: constant calls, texts, zoom meetings, networking, even on the only day you get off on Sunday so you're always working. No hourly rate, mediocre commission, pep talks and motivational speeches with no real substance. Days are about 12 hours long, you use your own vehicle and gas, you're barely given more than a badge, and minimum training. You'll be compared to everyone about you and told you aren't good enough and to figure it out when you have an issue.
Field/customers: I was screamed at, beaten on, followed, had the cops called on me for opening screen doors to knock on doors. Someone showed up at my house, followed me around the neighborhood, followed me home. It was terrible.
