I met some nice people & how the company presented itself initially was really nice.

This list is long. The culture here is dangerous and disgusting. SLT takes no responsibility for decisions they make and instead send it downward and label everyone poor performers. Multiple people used the language “throwing mud at the wall to see what sticks” — this is a terrible way to run a business. When people tried to advocate for ICs within the company they were told to “care less about the people” and were criticized for being business blockers. “Your moral compass is too high” is actually something that was said to me when I asked about how we can best set sales reps up for success. A decent performing sales rep struggled with the demanded start time change to 8:30 from 9 and when he tried to communicate about it SLT said he was no longer a culture fit and should be fired immediately. When a sales lead was fired without cause the interim CEO wrote to the company that this is “not a lifestyle company. We don’t care about your lives. This is hustle culture.” They fired people who ask questions or don’t flat out say yes and they don’t care about HR protocol. For a company that claims to be “helping you invest in what matters most - your people” they do not care about people. Sales reps lunch breaks were reduced to 15min and they were not allowed to block their calendar, with the interim ceo telling the to eat faster. They doubled and triple targets with no game plan, no leads, and no footing or brand awareness in the market. When they finally tried to market, product begged them to pull back because the product being sold wasn’t actually ready and already couldn’t do what they were claiming it could. The sales teams were lying to customers because they were being lied to and implementations was being reprimanded for Churn. The math made absolutely no sense, just “do it”, if you can’t - you’re fired.. but only if you’re an IC. Don’t even get me started on the wildly impossible commission structure. Clawbacks going back a year? With a product that isn’t ready, and a clear high churn rate. It was a joke. Every year at GG (global gathering) people get fired for inappropriate behaviour. Heavy drinking and party culture. You cannot bring your family and they try to keep you on the resort. Wildly dangerous and unhealthy. I’ve never worked anywhere that genuinely made me run for the door like this place.
