Work from home is good

Cons

A truly awful culture. You are given essentially no training on the product or internal processes and are thrown on desk with no knowledge or support. Customers are understandably annoyed that the product is full of bugs and you have to repeatedly place them on hold while you desperately try to find answers or anyone who can or will help you. You are immediately expected to be fast and accurate, with unobtainable targets. No leeway is given for being new and needing time to find the answers yourself, often through having to extensively recreate and test scenarios. You are just expected to somehow know everything without ever being taught any of it. There is virtually no support and you're made to feel as though you are an underperformer from day 1. A truly stressful job that is not compensated adequately for the expectations. There are not enough staff so calls are constant and relentless. Staff keep leaving after very short tenure, likely due to all the above.
